help me please

help me please someboday i got vvgeowbv virus i tryed scanning it deleting it and it all comes back, i did system restore as well..... i dont kno wat else to do

1. Download this file from one of the following links :

http://download.bleepingcomputer.com/sUBs/ComboFix.exe
http://www.techsupportforum.com/sectools/combofix.exe

2. Double click combofix.exe & follow the prompts.
3. When finished, it shall produce a log for you. Post that log in your next reply, along with a new hijackthis log.

Note:
Do not mouseclick combofix's window whilst it's running. That may cause it to stall

i did the combofix, it restarted my computer and then there was many errors and it didnt give me any log for combofix...

but i had that same one and i couldnt delete it. it said access was denied. well i did that combo fix. then i did a smitfraudfix. then i went back to the file and i was able to delete it without a problem. crunchie does this seem right?

how is he wit u if it says he has been offline for the past 40 min, these hijackers have nothing better to do then with people...i used combofix but when it restared my computer it didnt give me a log..before i wasnt getting pop ups and now theyappear every minute AHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHh

well, he was helping me. guess hes off now. you could try looking at what he told me to do but idk. i would just leave it alone until he tells you what to do. he'll fix it. good luck tho

Some info regarding the errors would be nice. Are you running it as an administrator and did you download it to the desktop? If not, please do both and try again. It can be run from safe mode too.
Right click on hijackthis and select rename and change the name to analysethis.

Please download VundoFix.exe
to your desktop.

• Double-click VundoFix.exe to run it.
• Click the Scan for Vundo button.
• Once it's done scanning, click the Remove Vundo button.
• You will receive a prompt asking if you want to remove the files, click YES
• Once you click yes, your desktop will go blank as it starts removing Vundo.
• When completed, it will prompt that it will reboot your computer, click OK.
• Please post the contents of C:\vundofix.txt and a new HijackThis log.

Note: It is possible that VundoFix encountered a file it could not remove.
In this case, VundoFix will run on reboot, simply follow the above
instructions starting from "Click the Scan for Vundo button." when
VundoFix appears at reboot.
