Hi. First of all you need to update hijackthis to version 1.98.2. Run hijackthis & go to *Config\Misc Tools\Check for update on-line*. If the site is down, go here. Remove the old version by opening the program, going to config\misc tools, then uninstall & exit. You then have to delete the file manually. Unzip the new version into the hijackthis folder.

Know what this is? O4 - HKLM\..\Run: [SaveIt] C:\WINDOWS\system32\wms\seb.exe C:\WINDOWS\system32\wms\IMish32.exe

This looks like a virus; O4 - HKLM\..\Run: [3B1FA79E] C:\WINDOWS\System32\bpgkfej.exe

Have hijackthis fix that line then boot into safe mode & delete it manually.
Reboot into normal mode.
Regarding Cthelper. CTHELPER is a background task that is a plug-in manager for Creative drivers. The theory is that 3rd party manufacturers can use the CTHELPER plug-in interface to produce drivers, add-on features, and fixes that will integrate with a tighter fit with Creative’s sound drivers and utilities. Given its purpose CTHELPER would normally be classified as a "leave alone" background task.Unfortunately there are often problems with CTHELPER, most notably that it can use 100% of CPU time so it's best left disabled.

Looks like that file has morphed.

Download moveonboot from here & the file(s) you choose will be deleted on reboot.

MoveOnBoot allows you to copy, move or delete files on the next system boot. This comes in very handy, if you need to replace or delete files which are locked by other applications, loaded into memory or cannot be changed until next system boot. You could manually enter a line to the wininit files, but using MoveOnBoot is much simpler, since the program can be integrated into shell - it creates the "Copy/Move/Delete on boot" context menu item.

Run the program & paste C:\WINDOWS\System32\pcrodedqlm.exe into the window & press next. When done, reboot & rescan with HJT.

Click My Computer, then C:\
In the menu bar, File->New->Folder.
That will create a folder named New Folder, which you can rename to "HJT" or "HijackThis". Now you have C:\HJT\ folder. Put your HijackThis.exe there, and double click to run it.
