Hi, I need to connect to a e420R via minicom (with linux) using the Serial port from the sun server. The first thing I really need to know is what cable so I have to use, I made a null modem DB25-DB25 serial cable with the following config, but it didn't work:

Well, I'd like to know what i'm doing wrong. The server doesn't have monitor/keyboard attached.
