One program went to into a infinate loop. i killed all the processes running under my id. Now when i am trying to compile my code, If displaying 'Compilation is under process' and its not compiling. I think is going into some waiting stage. Can u tell me what can i do regarding this.

on whic os you are working?
just try ps -auxfw

this above command will show you details about the running process, so you can easity track the process and process id.
