im not a mac user, at all...
im trying to add a mac mini to my local dc.
i have followed a few online tutorials on how to do this, however whenever i reach the part to enter the account responsible for adding computers to the domain, which is administrator (this account does not exist on the mac..) it tells me incorrect username/password.
im at a lost with this, any direction is appreciated. thanks

When connecting a windows machine to a mac there are some interesting things that have to be done. You need to create an account on the mac with the same user name and password as the one on the Windows machine.
The Mac on the other hand can access any samba share available on the Windows machine with the correct user name and password entered of course.
