I am planning to buy Nod32 internet security or kaspersky. But I'm not sure if these programs requires periodic subscription. Is these programs one-time payment or do I have to pay over a specific period of time say yearly? I need expert response. Thank you.

You could suffice by using AVG and Spybot search & destroy. These two programs are free and are pretty decent, updates are free also.

Virtually all paid antivirus solutions require an annual subscription for virus database updates. In some cases, you can renew the database updates more cheaply than buying an upgrade of the software.

get AVG Edition free... That's the best anti virus
