My other computer says that there is no IP Address. it says the IP address is 00000000000 with periods in there somewhere. My internet wont work obviously. How can i fix this?

Look in Device manager and see if a network adapter is installed.
Look for yellow marks as well.

May be problem is with internet connection?...
Try to use this IP 207.61.241.100:9090 My computer use it without a problem. If you can't use this IP then the problem is with internet connection.
