We recently downloaded Internet Explorer 8 and in my profile only, I cannot click on links and have it go to a new tab (or open a window.) I cannot click on links in email, webpages, and I cannot figure out why :( My husband's profile (on the same laptop) works with no problems.

Any help would be appreciated.

@ JEnnie 106 - Your problem may be related to your profile/account not having Administrator rights or some program which may be pre-programmed to restrict your rights over the net...Ask your husband about whether your account is in the 'Administrators' group or he has installed any program lately which may be the cause for those restrictions...
