I have two Pcs , both have LAN card
but My device ( Huwaii Router / Switch) can only support one LAN connection and one phone connetion.
these both LAN and phone wires are connected to my one Pc .
But i also want to connect my other pc with net with same LAN cable ?
what should i do now ???

I would put a router in after the modem and plug both your pc-s into the router - i think most routers will also create a lan for you. You will need 2 more cables.
HughV is correct, enable internet sharing, and tell us about you router, how many ports does it have,
or you can just get a switch as well... can get one from your local computer store for around $50 - 100 ( I recommend Linksys brand ).
