I have a word issue where I open a document and the numbering levels are all the same eg. every new line on level 1 is numbered 1.2.
On other people's computers the document opens up fine.
It happens on selected computers and appears to be a word problem.
When opening a document, the correct numbering flashes up for half a second.

sorry i typed heading wrong, its suppose to be level listing.
and i'm running windows xp, its up-to-date.
