I'm having an annoying problem with my browser. Every time I go to certain sites, my browser pops up a new window that usually goes to google. Some times to other things. But mostly Google. I'd like to stop it from happening and I'm wondering if something called spicetraffic advanced targeting might be the problem. Is it a malware?

Any ideas will be helpful.
