Hello community,

I am importing data from access into excel using a data import from a microsoft query using OBDC. I have 3 stores importing their their sales into each row daily. I cumulatively add these in a row at the bottom of each column.

The issue I am having that I would like to try and solve is when I refresh the data to add the next day sales it pushes down my rows. Can I have the data just add into the next cell and not create a new row?

The reason I would like to stop this is because I have the totals all lined up in the same row for all 3 stores, but 1 store is open sundays. This causes that store to always be in the wrong row with the other totals. I use this total formula in other sheets of my workbook.

As always I apprecaite your help and feedback.
