Hi all. I have a client who is having an issue when creating contacts in Microsoft Outlook 2003. Here is the issue:
When the user enters the contact's fax number in the "business fax" field it will not auto-complete after pressing enter. For example, if the user types: 2121234321 in the business fax field after he hits enter it does not auto-complete to: (212) 123-4321. It just stays cluttered up. This is the only field where this issue occurs. When the user enters the contact's number in the business or home field it does auto-complete. It just does not in the business fax field.
I have tried checking countless settings and I have ran out of options. Before I do a complete reinstall of OFFICE 2003 I figured I post on this board.
