Hey guys,
I'm in sales and I'm having a very hard time trying to figure out how to do something in Outlook that I really need to do. I would like to know if there is a way (via customized view or search folder or something) where I can easily see the emails that I've sent to prospects that I haven't received a response on. I'm really having a hard time trying to find an easy way to follow up with folks I haven't received a response from.
Any suggestions?
