TLS and IpSec

Can someone help me with this:
Diagram of TLS and IPSec based on an actual network. Also, I wanted the pros and cons of using TSL and Ipsec.

IPSec --> Layer 3 Security ( Between two VPN Gateways (Tunnel Mode)/ Between a Client and a VPN Gateway (transport mode))

SSL -->> Layer 4 security ( Between a HTTPS server(https://google.com:443) and a HTTPS Client ( Internet explorer) )

The purpose is Secured , Authenticated and Authorized data transfer ... ( say your internet user name / password for some banking websites:- )

Concept of using SSL is :- SSL is a client-less solution

IPSec need a Cisco VPN Client or some other VPN clients to be installed in your PC.
