Hi
Iv have a vista Laptop and a dlink Router they see each other but dont connect to the internet it reads "local only" My provider has checked IP addresss (they say)tried many things but no luck HELP!!

You may have to restore you computer to orginal settings to connect the router, it happened to me, sorry dude. Its the problem that vista does not detect if you are home network or public network. or it just keeping indentifing am i right?
