So I have the following.

    peer1   netblock 64.96.192.0/24 nexthop 61.40.0.11 AS path 600 3001 6001 5001 4001 i
    peer2   netblock 64.96.192.0/23 nexthop 61.40.0.12 AS path 600 40000 4001 i

With my knowledge I think the algorithm would choose peer2 because it has a shorter AS path, but I want to know if netblock netmask affects the algorithm in any way?
