Only sponsors and moderators are supposed to have animated avatars. However sometimes normal members have them too, due to a loophole or something when they upload them. Read this. That could be out of date but it was only a few months ago dani decreased the payment amount and I assume it was updated then.
I got that too, except it said 5 instead of 15 and I was searching the forums. When I tried to reproduce it I couldn't so I didn't mention it, thought maybe it was a one time thing.

I have a compact digital that has some manual adjustments, its a Sony Cyber-shot DSC-S60, around $200 dollars when I bought it, so not a throw-away but a lot less than the $1000-2000 cameras that are out there. This is a good page describing it.
Your thread title will appear bold when it has unread posts in it. Posting in a poll is if you want to poll people. You ask a question and give them options. They can choose any of the options and there is a graph showing how many people picked each category. A good example would be found here. Only moderators can use animated avatars. How many of us photographed (or tried to) the fireworks on Independence Day, or any other event? Share your successes, or failures. It was my first attempt but they came out all right in the end, I guess. If yours came out alright, what f-stop, exposure time, ISO settings did you use? Did you use an automatic setting? What kind of camera? Mine was a cheap Sony Cyber-shot DSC-S60. My attachments: First picture was f/5.6, 2 second exposure, ISO 200. Second picture was f/5.6, 3 second exposure, ISO 100.
I have absolutely no clue what you are saying. However on the right hand side there is a link called "Today's Posts" and you have several options. See attachment for further details.
1. Go to a surgeon or a friend (better yet a friend who is a surgeon) 2. Ask (if surgeon) to expose brain, if (friend) tell them you'll supply the hacksaw and hammer 3. Bring a fan, hairdryer et cetera to said event 4. Ask (surgeon or friend) to blow your brain once all the skin tissue and skull pieces have been cut out, either with scalpel or hacksaw, possibly anesthesia, that will cost extra, especially if bought on the black market
