Then why doesn't everybody react the same way? Any human being I know who is unexpectedly pricked with a sharp pin will jump, and make some sort of noise. Why isn't this the same with sneezing.
And besides, isn't a sneeze the REACTION TO stimuli (allergens), NOT the stimuli itself, requiring a reaction (closing or not closing of eyes)?!!

Have you ever watched Mythbusters? They tried to sneeze with their eyes opened and it worked. Hold your eyelids open the next time you sneeze, nothing will happen.

I remember (at least I think I do :) awhile back Dani said something about the two servers that host the site had different times, so when they time stamped the posts there were discrepancies, only noticeable if they were very close together. She fixed it then, maybe the problem has come up again. Or perhaps it could be something else entirely.

Maby a good idea would be to make a dialog appear just before submitting thats says (in a very big font) "USE CODE TAGS OR YOU WILL BE IGNORED OR YELLED AT!!!" for newbies who have less than 3-4 posts ? Perhaps that will get to em. ;)

It won't help, when confronted about not using code tags they will just ignore it, yell at us when no one does there work for them, and then leave. I think that would deter new members more than it would help.

You need to instantiate choice1 before you add the string item. So change

Asking for final year projects ideas is asked quite a bit. If you had looked you would have found threads that pertain to it, where most of the time the answer is along the lines of "think of one yourself. Your project should reflect you and your abilities." Do you even know what J2ME is? Read this and then I think you will be able to answer your own question.

Yeah, the more you work at it the better chance you have of actually getting it done, and you might learn something at the same time. :-O

If you had looked instead of being a lazy slug, you would have seen, at the top of this forum, a thread dedicated to starting Java Starting "Java" [Java tutorials / resources / faq]. It has websites, book suggestions, and what you need to start Java. I also recommend reading the rules, no "leet" speak.

Its been that way for awhile, at least three or four months. Maybe it is different for mods. For a long time I have only been able to take away three reputation points, 7/2 is rounded down.

He can only take away 17, when you give neg rep it takes away half of what you have for rep power. He can, however, give all 34.

Yeah, whenever I want to use my old Pioneer speakers (which sound better then any of my other ones) and don't feel like trying to hook up my MP3 player. My favorite station (106.3 Frank FM) has 20 song music marathons everyday at nine. I record those using my Sansa Fuze, edit them with Audactity to get rid of the DJ, then put them back on it and have great, free music, with quality that is better than CD.
