My windows 2k pent 4 256 ram keeps giving me the blue screen of death but it says Performing Physical data dump...right in the middle of me doing anything!!!! HELP...what should I do???

Thank you everyone! I defrag on a regular basis. I did download MSN's spyware and restored from an earlier date. Everything is working fine now.

Some of my users are experiencing the same problem. They will be in all different applications their machines will freeze and reboot. It's happening quite often in different locations. Any ideas or reported problems??

I'm having a continuing problem with Home XP on my laptop. I have to reinstall my personal settings after every reboot or start up. It was fine until about a week ago. My son started using the laptop day and night to chat and blog with people from all over the world. I have Norton anti-virus, spybot 1.3 and adware it always has something on it after his use but I clean it completely. Any ideas how to reinstate this personal settings feature?
