Wow..2 in one day. Windows 2000...everything functions normally. The CD-Rom is hardly used. The other day a cd was inserted and the system restarted. It happens everytime the CD-Rom is in use. Help! Tried loading Windows XP on Dell Dimension 4400. Loaded first time fine, did updates, and other software. System crashed. Boot up on recovering CD gave this error: ntfs.sys - address f96c33411. Unable to get to recovery console or windows setup screen. Tested the hard drive and it passed. :confused: |
