Usually the username and password are what you setup when you setup the dsl account. IE if you have say sbc dsl then in the username you will have [email]defg@sbcglobal.net[/email] the password will be *&^%$#@.

unplug and remove the cmos battery for atleast 2min and then reinstall the batt. boot up and follow the rest of tallcool1's sugestions.
