Make sure that power cables are properly inserted, remove all the cables turn off the system and try again, plugging in, this could help.
May be your system is not compatible, it would be better if could go through the manual.
If you want to view two screens simultaneously on the screen use quad screen splitter, it helps you to view videos up to 4 devices simultaneously on the same screen.
