Re: Unplug the power cord to the laptop. Remove battery. Hold the power button down for 60 seconds and release. Without re inserting the battery, plug the power cord, and boot up. This will isolate if it's a bad battery or not. ![]() | |

Re: Try rebooting without the battery. This will let you know if you have a battery that has gone bad or if it's further into the booting process. |
