I have just come to run a newly installed program and am getting the message:- "Run-time error '5'; Invalid procedure call or argument" when I attempt to run it. I am using XP Home. Any advice please?

Simple question, but its foxing me - when I startup I get the autoruns disabled page - C:\Documents and Settings\All Users\Start Menu\Programs\Startup\Autoruns Disabled - suddenly appearing. How do I get rid of it please?

Please excuse the apparent ignorance, but how come (on Outlook Express) I seem to be receiving spam mostly that isn't addressed to me specifically, but to someone with maybe a portion of my email address, and sometimes with a totally different address?
