Can anyone give me hint how to develop the suffix array part ? i know the concept, LCP array design but i am not gettinng how to implement in C ? can anyone please help. I know the uses, algo of suffix array as i have read a lot on it. i want the implemetaion hint of the part in which i have to sort the suffixes of an string.

for ex: if a string is given banana, then

then, after keeping i need to sort it. means lowest substring should be at the top most point. So how to do that ? string can be of large length. How to do this thing ? can you please give hint or link ? i have tried and now thinking from your help. thanks in advance.

firstly,ensure that the files are in the same directory in which your exe file is.

secondly, ensure that files are read-able.

thirdly, ensure the data in the files are compatible with the data types you are using for reading and writing into.

fourthly, ensure that files have the valid data and ensure that the files exists and name you have given is same as the name of file.

few arguments means prototype and defination has different number of arguments or from where you are calling the function don't have same number of arguments which function defination have.

thirdly, l-value means = operator expects the l-value which needs to be satisfied. this means it needs a value where value need to be stored.

but why it is necessary to have a checking crietria ? I think we just need to convey our message. here, many people are there who are not so good in english and don't spell correctly. although, it will be good, but it's a thing which is not must and there is nothing like "IT MUST" be there. people who know the spelling will correctly spell and those who don't know will be helped by one thing that they will know that they are writing a wrong word. that's all!

in my exam, there was a question:
what is linux/command which can't be ignored in any way? write the command to kill a process having id 1234 ?

my answer was : SIGKILL and for second part i have written a C code function kill(1234,SIGKILL).

now my teacher is saying kill() is not a command rather it is function. SO answer is "kill -9 1234" according to him. So can anyone tell that is he wrong or i am wrong ? kill() is a function. thanks in advance.

Because it is a compile-time operator that, in order to calculate the size of an object, requires type information that is only available at compile-time. This doesn't hold for C++.

i have read this statement roght now when implementing one library function. why it doesn't hold for C++?

where is markup defined in getprice() ? if you trying to use the macro defined, then it is MARKUP (in capitals) not markup. change it to capitals or define another markup in getprice() as shown:

int markup=9;

or any value which you want. try it and thanks.

see, I want you to do the work. here goes the hint! Take the head insertion as the special case and do it the main() only. okay ? now, then make a function and pass the info part which you want to store in the node. okay ? now, then with each node update the pointer where you need to insert the node, like after head, update a temp pointer with temp==temp->next where temp is equal to the head initially. okay ? So do it n number of times. :-) got it ?

P.S this is one way linked list explaination. for double linked list, nothing difficiult! just have one more pointer which will point to the previous nothing else. but i wana advice you that first try one way linked list, then update it to double linked list. it will be better for you. thanks
