I've looked a lot but found very little and i was just wondering if someone has some experience in this and can point me in the right direction. I found the Fault tree analysis, but i'm not sure really if thats right for this, and i cant really figure it out how it works.
I've been asked to find two approaches to analyse hazards, faults and failures?
