We are producing DV and WMV files which play perfectly on the common Windows-based DVD players. Playing them on any DVD player/TV combo results in the lower 15 pixels of the frame, and often some of the right edge of the frame, being cropped. It looks as it the image is larger than the TV frame can handle.
THis is an issue because we are overlaying data on the lower 720x120 of the frame. Examples at http://www.trackvision.net/gallery.php if you want to see what we are doing.
Is there some secret sauce required to setup the DVD creation software to produce a frame that will play in full on a TV monitor??
