Hi, All Need a little help.

I have a client that is getting this error while working in MS Access. There is a database that is housed on a network drive. There are 3-4 users at a time working on 1 table. The database was created about 5 years ago in MS Access 2000. A new user is now working in MS 2003. When this user opens the DB 1st, it is then locked out and no one else can access. She is not opening it exclusively. I am not sure if the conflict is because of the two versions. When a user using MS 2000 opens it then all other users have no problem including the 2003 user.......Any1 got any ideas?????????????????
