Upgrade SQL 2005 Standard and SQL 2005 Enterprise Edition

I set up a server with SQL 2005 Standard and another server with SQL Reporting Services. Now my boss wants to upgrade to SQL 2005 Enterprise Edition. What would be the procedure for this upgrade and any caveats or problems that might arise, not only with SQL 2005 Std to Ent upgrade but also with the SQL Reporting Services piece? I am not well versed in SQL so any detail would be greatly appreciated.
