hello
can any 1 give me the idea if we use single web page for both admin and user then how to hide admin priviliges from user??

Well it's all dynamic using a server-side language such as PHP. First of all, you must check if the user is an admin. If you have a proper usersystem, checking if the current session's userID has admin enabled would work.

Then it's just a series of conditional statements and echo methods. ;)
