i am working on a project and i have to make this form which tells which other forms have opened

i have a menustrip which has a menu

now what i need to do is this:

everytime a new form has opened
i want my menustrip add a new item with any text and everytime a user clicks on it
it directs straight to the new form has been opened
just like the windows does in its taskbar

please help me
it will be really appreciated
