I have a dataset that contains data for a blinking light bulb as a function of time, another for a different light bulb which turns on for a duration of time and at percentage of intensity. What I would like to do is graph a scatter plot of the blinking light data over time and also the data for the other set of lightbulbs that are turned on for a certain duration and with certain intensity in percentage over time. The plot for the lightbulb data with intensity would be plotted like a horizontal bar or line where the start of the bar is the start time it got turned on and it's length would extend to where it got turned off. It's y-axis location would be the percent intensity. The graph would look something like this. Sorry if it's not very clear,

------- = the light that is turned on for certain duration and percent of max intensity
