Does anyone know how to solve this question............

An election is contested by 5 candidates.They are numbered 1-5 and the voting is done by marking the candidate number and the ballot paper.Write a programme to read the ballots and count the votes cast for each candidate using an array variable count.In case anumber read is outside the range 1-5 the ballot is considered as'spoilt ballot'and the program should also count the no of spoilt ballots.

Yes I do but may I see what have you tried or on what lines are you thinking, cause the main purpose of this program (most probably given by your instructor) is to train your brain to think of a solution and then convert it into C code, a characteristic that makes good programmers good
