Ribbon problem

Hi
i am working in vb.net (vs 2005) i have designed my mdi form ribbon file (System.Windows.Forms.Ribbon.dll file ) its working fine but when i close my mdi form that time i got error error message

Title "Windows32 Exception was unhandled"

The system cannot find the file specified

any one help to solve this problem
