How do I create an Outlook Distribution List in a folder other than the default "Contacts" folder? I could probably create the DL there and then move it to the desired location, but that feels so wrong. I'm using C# but I can use VB, etc.

Jump to PostDistribution list are stored by default into Contacts folder. You may create public folder but it requires exchange server e-mail account.
I'm not sure I can even move the DL. Looks like MoveTo moves the entire folder and not just the DL.
