can controls of vb.net be rotated?

example:

Panel1 rotated in 35 degrees.

i think its not possible as far as concern with windows form application to rotate controls ,

In VB.net I do not believe it's possible (at least to do easily). However, if you are working in something such as WPF or possibly Silverlight it is very doable.
