Sounds like a homework question if you ask me?

Offshore software development, is at it sounds, it is where software is created in another country from the one that the client is in. If I am the client and I live in the UK, and I want to use offshore software development (maybe because it is cheaper, there are more skilled people elsewhere etc.) then I might use somewhere like India, China or Russia.
