Crystal Report Generation

I am new in reporting with crystal reports. i am trying to genrate a report in vb.net. My data to be displayed in the report is based on a screen output. But I don't know how to bring the data from screen to report. Please help me any one so that i can start with. The sample output of a form is as below:

Name : xxxxxxxxxxxxx
Age : xx
F'Name : xxxx xxxxxxxxxxxx
Residence : xxxx xxxx
Pin : xxx xxx
etc. etc.......

I hope some one will help me defenitely. Please also try to send a sample programme in vb.2008

Is the problem with getting and reporting data or you haven't used Crystal Report?

despite of crystal report vb.net2008 has a rich report viewer to display and print your report.

You can use report document or print document to do your report most easily.
