Getting A Data From Ms Eccess And Putting It In An Existing Excel File Using Vb 6.0

guys, i need help in using VB 6.0.can you help me to get a data from an excel file from ms access and put it in ms excel..pls help me guys..:'(

here is the sample of the file in access:

sum1 sum2
22321 123123

here is a sample of the excel file:

SUM1
# sum
1
2
3
4

SUM2
# sum
1
2
3
4

after executing the program the excel file should be like this:

SUM1
# sum
1 22321
2
3
4

SUM2
# sum
1 123123
2
3
4

please help me guys..and if your kind enuf can teach me how to do it in details..tnx!
