Last year I was looking for third party software that allowed free forms and found a freeware (non-commercial use) program called "VB Shaped Form Creator" it allows you to create any shape of form for Visual Basic 4 and 5, C# (.net), Delphi and C++. I use it with VB4. I don't know if it will work with 6 but maybe worth a look as its free. I have played around with it and its fairly easy to use.
