Plz Give me the Solution to View my PHP file on offline mode...

I Dont Have any website....

If you are just trying to view the source, use Notepad, Ultraedit, Dreamweaver or any other text editor.

If you want to run the file...
You can set up a PHP server on your own computer/box and view the PHP with that. A simple one to implement is WAMP Server -- http://www.en.wampserver.com/ It's a Windows based Apache MySQL PHP server.
