1. At first, you can not disable save as menu command as it is for explorer not for web page.
I go to http://www.totaram.com with firefox and save as is enabled, so if you disable it from IE, you not in other explorers. and also you can not prevent short cut keys or print functions.

2. You can disable right click via java script, check this web site http://javascript.internet.com/page-details/no-right-click.html

3. You can prevent view source by:

<script language="JavaScript1.1">
   var debug = true; function
   right(e) { if (navigator.appName == 'Netscape' && (e.which == 3 || e.which
   == 2)) return false; else if (navigator.appName == 'Microsoft Internet Explorer'
  && (event.button == 2 || event.button == 3)) { alert('This Page is fully
   protected!'); return false; } return true; } document.onmousedown=right; if (document.layers)
   window.captureEvents(Event.MOUSEDOWN); window.onmousedown=right;

4. No right click for images:

<script language="JavaScript">
    function noway(go) { if
    (document.all) { if (event.button == 2) { alert(popup); return false; } } if (document.layers)
    { if (go.which == 3) { alert(popup); return false; } } } if (document.layers)
    { document.captureEvents(Event.MOUSEDOWN); } document.onmousedown=noway;
    // -->

5. To prevent Copy and Paste try

<body bgcolor="#FFFFFF" ondragstart="return false" onselectstart="return false">
