I have one form and user can enter name,dept,ticketno,email and suggestion and upload file and on submit button the form should directly to my mail box where table should be generated and user data is displayed and also path should be displayed where the uploaded file is get uploaded. Please give the solution,eagerly waiting for the reply..

To send the email, you can simply use mailto or use JavaMail if you more functionality.
