hi guys. i have a forum running jelsoft vbulletin. i recently upgraded from invision power board.
anyway - in invision, i wrote an ajax search using javascript framework and ipSDK. does anyone know if there is any way of searching vBulletin from the vBulletin API?
i can query the database directly, however i have some forums that some users shouldn't see - so i need to find some way of adopting user permissions.
any suggestions
