I'm in quite a bind and need help.

I must have PHP (version 4 or 5) installed on a Windows 2003 IIS machine ASAP. I have been trying for a couple of days and had no luck at all.

I followed the instructions here:

with no luck.

If anyone is experienced with this and can help me today I can pay $100 for your trouble.

The install needs to include the most common extensions as well as Microsoft SQL Server extensions.
