You need to check your line 4 in style.php - there's an output there..

here's the coee of style.php i'm not able to check this since im no coder or programmer.

<style>

.inputpublish {padding: 2px 15px 3px 15px;border-style: solid;border-top-width: 1px;border-left-width: 1px;border-bottom-width: 1px;border-right-width: 1px;border-top-color: #D9DFEA;border-left-color: #D9DFEA;border-bottom-color: #0e1f5b;border-right-color: #0e1f5b;background-color: #CBA135;color: #FFFFFF;font-size: 11px;font-family: "lucida grande", tahoma, verdana, arial, sans-serif;text-align: center; cursor: pointer;}
.fbinfobox {background-color: #fff9d7;  border: 1px solid #e2c822;  color: #333333;  padding: 10px;  font-size: 13px; font-weight: bold;}

Comment out line number 4 and see if the error persists.

Will save us time on trying to figure out why is it a php and not a css file :)

Looks like the 4th line in a style tag. Are you sure that's the style.php file?

yup it's really a php file. i already tried changing it to css but i got a fatal error. already commented out the 4th line but still the problem points to that line.
