i am gonna try to create a personal website in which only i would create a thread and other could only comment. for example if i want to create threads for my poetry and ll allow others to comment on that. or same like this website. creating threads and people reply of comment on it.
just tell me ....Is that ajax??? or what is the easiest way....i 'll do my self.

From what I can tell you don't really know how to program. So with that said, I'd say search google for free CMS's. Things like Orchard, WordPress, Drupal and many many others. This will be the easiest thing for you.
