hi ardav and canterorist, thank you for the answer.

firstly, i wanna describe about structure of my web.
it use frame and using javascript when user click the menu.
when user click the menu, there is table content of the data appear and a link to add.
if you click link 'add', a page(form) input as a pop up will appear. After user submit it an email will be sent to approval.

In email, i include a link like facebook notification email. but poor me if approval click the link it will get error but if approval using the link from the application to approve it, there is not an error.
