Database driven panel

hi guys,

i want to create a database driven panel, that is whenever the page loads how much ever entries in the database thats the amount of panels which must be created.

any suggestions....tutorials would be welcomed

i also would like to have each panel have the ajax collapsible extender attached to it.

Clarifying,

if you have a table with 7 entries

you want the name of those entries to be on 7 panels.

if the table grows in size the number of panels on the page grows also
